1. Promoter

The competition is organised and promoted by Orange Horse.

2. Competition Period

The competition runs from 1 August 2026 until 31 August 2026.

Entries received after 23:59 on 31 August 2026 will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The competition is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older.

Employees of Orange Horse, BrandFire Digital, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in administering the competition are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

• Purchase any TRM product from Orange Horse during the competition period.
• Every individual TRM product purchased counts as one (1) competition entry.
• There is no limit to the number of entries. The more TRM products you purchase, the more entries you receive.
• No separate competition entry form is required.
• Only completed and successfully paid orders placed during the competition period will qualify for entry. Cancelled, refunded or unpaid orders will not be eligible.

5. Prize

One winner will receive:

• TRM Saddle Pad
• TRM Ear Veil
• TRM Cool as Clay
• TRM Curragh Carron Oil (4.5L)

The prize is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash or any other product.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected by random draw after the competition closes.

The winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied with their order, via email and/or telephone. Where applicable, Orange Horse may also contact the winner via direct message on the social media platform used to engage with the competition.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Orange Horse reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Orange Horse and BrandFire Digital will only announce the winner via the official Orange Horse social media accounts and/or direct email. No additional social media accounts will be created to announce the winner. Participants are encouraged to ignore and report any suspicious accounts claiming to represent this competition.

7. Prize Delivery

The prize can only be delivered within South Africa.

The winner may be required to provide:

• A valid delivery address
• Contact details for courier delivery

Orange Horse will not be responsible for delivery delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the winner.

8. Use of Personal Information

By entering this competition, participants agree to provide the contact information required for competition administration.

Where participants have opted in to receive marketing communications, they may unsubscribe at any time.

Personal information will be processed solely for the administration of this competition and handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy legislation.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Orange Horse may use their name, photographs and/or social media handle for promotional purposes related to this competition, unless prohibited by law.

9. General

Orange Horse reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of all entries.
• Disqualify any fraudulent, incomplete or suspicious entries.
• Amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
• Cancel, suspend or modify the competition should circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it.

Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated via the Orange Horse website and/or official social media channels.
